Pregnancy, infant care, and supporting the whole family is my passion.
More About Me
I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy over 25 years ago when working as an Occupational Therapist at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. While traditional physical medicine and rehabilitation satisfied me to an extent, I was always curious about understanding the whole person and how their life experience impacted their functioning. It was then that my direction shifted and I’ve never looked back.
Through ongoing education and my own personal journey, I have come to believe that healing is not just physical. I’ve spent over three decades immersing myself in the healing benefits of CranioSacral Therapy. My first private practice in NYC emphasized working with adults with chronic and complex pain syndromes, and evolved into specializing in pediatrics once I moved to New Jersey.
Bio
My extensive background includes both orthopedic and neurological physical rehabilitation. I have worked in numerous hospitals, including Beth Israel Medical Center, and been in private practice for over two decades.
Over the years I have recognized the benefits of combining integrative therapy and traditional medicine to help children and adults achieve optimal health.
